OUR AIMS
Who we are and what we do

The energy and enthusiasm on show during the last election was breath-taking. Night after night, thousands upon thousands of people trudged the streets to elect a transformative Labour government.
We want to harness that energy by connecting cities with large numbers of Labour members with community projects and initiatives outside of them.
By making common cause on the issues that affect us, we hope that we can build trust and understanding between communities across the country, countering divisive narratives and discovering our collective strength.
Our Mission
We want to channel the energy and activism of Labour members in big cities to community projects outside of them. In doing so, we hope to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives and build trust and understanding between communities across the country.
Our Principles
WE ARE INCLUSIVE AND OUTWARD LOOKING
We welcome members from across the Labour party, and we want to focus our energies on making real change for communities, not on internal party battles.
WE ARE COMMUNITY-LED
We are led by the initiatives, organisations and campaigns that we pledge to support. We aren’t here to push our own agenda.
WE ARE PEOPLE-POWERED
We are a not-for-profit organisation, run by volunteer Labour members, donating whatever time, skills and resources we have.
